This project is carried out in collaboration with Dublin-based practice, ODAA Architects. We identified that the large office development on the opposing side of the Lane would need to be taken into account when designing the apartments.  By manipulating the facade, pulling in walls to catch the views and sunlight, we create a sense of privacy for the inhabitants while also opening up private balcony space for each apartment.

The proposal consists of a multi-storey residential development with a restaurant on the ground floor and basement car-parking. The site to the rear is utilised to provide additional mews style accommodation.
