This project is carried out in collaboration with Dublin-based practice, ODAA Architects. This multi-unit apartment development seeks to create  8 no. new apartments on a tight corner site while also extending and refurbishing the existing protected structure to the side of the site.

The form of the development aims to sit within the site context while optimising the corner location, strongly defining the junction and offering dual aspect views to all apartments. The brick palette and proportion of openings are carefully considered to relate to the surrounding building typologies.
